Seabrook

During the girls' spring break, we spent a long weekend in the cutest beach town - Seabrook! We went three years ago (when Ella fell and broke her front tooth!) and were so impressed with the amount of houses, shops, and restaurants that have been built since.  We had such a good time going with the Lamens side of our family and enjoyed getting to know Beau's girlfriend Kim, and her two boys who joined us.  The house we stayed at, Drift Away, was amazing, perfectly beachy without being over the top, and a perfect location to be able to walk to get coffee, the shops, the pool, and the playground.  We were one of the first few groups to stay at Drift Away as it was just completed in February of this year, and we would definitely stay there again!

Ella remembered the fairy trail from last time we were in Seabrook, and wanted to bring little fairies to leave on the trail...

The other full day we were there we got typical northwest beach weather, cold and rainy!  But the girls were thrilled to spend the morning at the pottery painting store...

We tried out the new pizza place, and Everett charmed everyone with his smiles, as always...

We got a brief break in the rain and the girls really wanted to fly a kite on the beach so we trekked down to the beach.  We got caught in some drizzle and lots of wind but the girls loved it!
