New Year's Eve

Finally getting around to my last post for 2015 - New Year's Eve!  We celebrated at our annual "Fancy Tops, Comfy Pants" party hosted by the Ehrlichmans.  I love that we've been doing this for the four years.  Fun to celebrate with friends and involve the kids (because it's tough to find a sitter on New Years!).

Snow Day

It was so great to have some down time the week between Christmas and New Years.  We took advantage of a beautiful sunny, but cold day and drove up to Snoqualmie Pass to take the girls tubing with some friends from church.  It was so pretty up there!  Ella loved every part of it, but Lucy was tired of the snow and cold after about the first hour.

 Both girls loved riding with Cody on the tube!  They were only able to get a few runs in as the power had gone out that morning, so lines to check in ate up a lot of our session time, and the rope tow to go back up the hill wasn't working.  Cody got a good workout in, hauling the girls and the tubes up the big hill each time!

 This was when Lucy had enough, so Cody took her back to the car and Ella continued to play in the snow :)...
