April Highlights

April has been a busy month for us!  With our trip to Suncadia, Lucy's birthday, Easter, and Seabrook, our weekends were fun and busy!  Here are some other odds and ends highlights from the month...

Lucy's hair has gotten so long! I refuse to cut it as I know she will loose all her curls like Ella did :(. She often requests different styles, like this "crown braid"...

 Love this cutie...

Cody took the girls to their first father-daughter dance.  The girls loved getting dressed up, going out to dinner with daddy, and dancing the night away.  The videos Cody sent me were so cute!

Ella's friend Hannah and her dad went with Cody and the girls...
Lucy started playing soccer!  She's watched Ella play and was excited to get her own turn this spring!  She was a little hesitant to start, but it's been fun to see her getting into the games and going after the ball now...

 Lucy's cheerleaders...

Everett had his first little hair trim in February, but he got an actual hair cut this time!  He looks so much more grown up!  I started to panic as the lady was cutting it, but I love how it turned out :)...
Kaylee and Lucy showed up to dance class as twins!

Without grandparents in town, Uncle Tom stepped in and came to Ella's school for the morning on grandparents day! She loved having Tom there and had so much fun with him as her "special person"...
I often wonder where all our bandaids go...
Everett is my little sidekick doing errands most days.  We try to get as much done as we can after dropping the girls off at school.  He is so smiley and charming and now blows kisses and waves at complete strangers to get their attention...
Celebrating Easter in Lucy's class...

Lucy's birthday was celebrated the same day so all the parents and kids got to sing to her...

Everett loves riding on his little tricycle outside.  He practically lunges out of my arms towards it every time we walk by the tricycle in the garage...

I walked into Ella's room to say goodnight and found her like this one night :)...
And I walked in to give Lucy a kiss goodnight and found her like this...
Her very own birthday sundae at Red Robin on her birthday...
Ella is SUCH a good big sister and is so sweet playing with Everett...
The girls wanted to try the Unicorn Frappucino...

Poor bubs...this is how it feels to get woken up from 90% of his naps to pick his sisters up or take them to their various activities.  Luckily he usually returns to his good mood after a quick snack...
She wakes up with the craziest hair sometimes!
Those lashes...
All the love (and all the germs) for the Old Navy dog.  All my kids have gone through the dog obsession phase and Everett is in it!
Loving a sunny day with my cute Starbucks dates while Ella was at dance...

Everett has finally started standing up and balancing on his own for a few seconds at a time.  He's taken a few quick, lunging steps and we thinks he's close to walking but isn't quite there.  And we're in no hurry!  He's already into everything and it's just going to get harder! :)
Yep, into everything.  Tissues and toilet paper are favorites...
Love sleeping babies...
Finally getting some spring weather and taking advantage of it!
