Thanksgiving Week

It has been so much fun having a baby for the beginning of the holiday season!  We had a very busy and fun week surrounding Thanksgiving.  We started the week with an unusual amount of snow for the Seattle area.  Cody worked from home and Ella and I stayed warm and cozy inside, so it was fun to all be at home for a few days.  Ella wasn't too sure about the snow and being out in the cold!

 We spent Thanksgiving with my family at my parents house.  We have so much to be thankful for this year, especially our beautiful little girl!  Here is Ella with her adoring great-grandma (my grandma)...

We also went and got our Christmas tree, but I'll save that for a separate post to come since this one will be long enough as it is :).  On Friday evening we got together with our friends for dinner...it's so fun to watch the three babies as they're growing and changing!

On Saturday evening we went to our family friend Mary's wedding.  I grew up down the street from Mary and our families have been friends since we were kids.  Mary and Aries had a beautiful wedding at the Fairmont in Seattle.  It was fun to be downtown with everything decorated for Christmas.  This was Ella's third wedding she's been to since she's been born!

It was a busy week, but it was fun to spend so much time with family and friends.  I love this time of the year!
