My best friend Carly made the trip over from Spokane this past weekend to visit us and meet Ella! I've looked forward to her coming and couldn't wait to introduce her to Ella. She brought her adorable 11 month old son, Benjamin, and we enjoyed a wonderful couple of days together.

We were determined to get a decent picture of Benjamin and Ella together...easier said than done! In this first one, Benjamin and Ella don't look too sure of each other :).
Eventually Benjamin warmed up to his girlfriend and looks a bit happier to be sitting next to her...

Benjamin and Lily loved playing together. He liked her so much that he even attempted eating her dog food and putting her dog toys in his mouth :). Here they are playing at a safe distance through the glass door!
We took advantage of the beautiful fall weather we've been having and went to a pumpkin patch in Carnation. We found a perfect little pumpkin and brought it home for Ella to have as her first pumpkin! Ella spent most of the time snuggled up next to her dad in the Ergo Baby.
Thanks for coming over Carly and Benj! We love you guys and can't wait to see you again soon!
oh, i miss cuddling with ella already! she is going to change so much before i see her again! thanks for such a great weekend.:) can't wait to see you guys again. i love all of the pictures you got.:)
