We celebrated my birthday the Friday night they got here with a delicious dinner at the Melting Pot...love that we've been friends since our freshmen year of college.
After the following picture was taken, Ella was in tears as we headed out the door as she wanted to be one of the girls and go with us...
However, she changed her tune quickly when she remembered that baby Lauren would be staying at home with her that evening. Thank you Cody for staying with the girls so we could enjoy a night out! Ella was pretty much obsessed with Lauren all weekend and it was fun to see them interact. I have no doubt Ella is going to be a great big sister!
Morning snuggles...
All the girls the morning before the shower...
Ready to celebrate baby at 33 weeks!

So fun to celebrate with my closest girlfriends!
Thankful my mom could be there to share in celebrating granddaughter #2 as it was her last weekend up here before she joins my dad in California...
It was so special to have my sister-in-law, Emily, up here from Eugene!
Thank you Katelin and Carly for a fabulous shower!
Back at home after the shower...Ella could not get enough of Lauren!
My favorite pic of these two cuties...can't wait for Lauren to meet her newest friend soon!
Breakfast at Portage Bay before taking Carly and Lauren to the airport the next morning. We certainly ate well all weekend!
What a special weekend! You look incredible! And Lauren and Ella could almost pass for sisters!
