Both girls had such a great year in their dance classes - Ella in Pre-ballet/Tap, and Lucy in Creative Movement. It was so fun to see the culmination of all their hard work at their June recitals. The girls' dance studio has four different recitals and the girls happened to be placed in different recitals, which meant different dress rehearsals and picture times. It also meant lots of hair and makeup and costumes! Thankfully my mom came up here the week of the recitals to help out. It also happened to be the last week of school with Kindergarten graduation and end of year parties, so it was a crazy busy week!

This was Ella's third recital with Washington School of Dance, and fourth recital overall!
